When you authenticate using Google OAuth, our application (AQEM) accesses the following specific types of Google user data:

  • Primary email address
  • Basic profile information (Name and Profile Picture)

2. Data Usage

The Google user data we access is used strictly for the following functional purposes within our application:

  • Authentication: To securely log you into our platform without requiring a separate password.
  • Account Creation: To establish your user profile and link your generated assets and credit balance securely to your account.
  • Communication: To send you essential account-related notifications.

3. Data Sharing

We respect your privacy. AQEM does not share, sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Google user data to any outside third parties for marketing, advertising, or data brokering purposes. Your data is strictly accessed internally by our systems to maintain your account and provide you with our AI generation services.

4. Data Storage & Protection

Your Google data is securely stored using industry-standard encryption within our backend database infrastructure. We employ strict security protocols, including Row Level Security (RLS) and secure authentication tokens, to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your personal information.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your user data only for as long as your account remains active on our platform.

How to delete your data:

You can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@ethiovfx.com. Upon receiving a verifiable request, all personal Google data associated with your profile will be permanently and irreversibly purged from our active databases within 30 days.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

AQEM's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
