At AQEM AI, we want you to be satisfied with our services. However, due to the high computational costs associated with AI generation, we have a specific refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of your purchase if:

• You have not used any credits from the package you purchased.
• You have not initiated any AI image or video generations.
• There was a technical failure on our platform that prevented you from using your purchased credits.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot offer refunds if:

• You have used one or more credits to generate content.
• You are dissatisfied with the artistic output of the AI (we provide free trials/samples for this reason).
• Your account was banned for violating our Terms of Service.
