What is AQEM AI Enterprise?+
A contracted plan for organizations rather than individuals: a custom credit pool sized per seat, unlimited members, a priority generation queue, a private AI agent trained on your brand, and a named account manager. Everything in Ultra is included by default.
How is it priced?+
Per seat, per month, in Birr — the rate depends on how many people you onboard and how much monthly generation volume you commit to. Larger commitments unlock a lower effective credit cost and rollover on unused volume. Send the form and we quote against your real usage.
What is the custom AQEM AI agent?+
A private agent we build for your organization on top of the AQEM platform. We train it on your brand guidelines, product catalogue and past campaigns so it produces on-brand work without your team re-explaining the brief every time. It lives in your workspace and can be reached from AQEM, from Claude via our MCP connector, or from Telegram.
Do you train models on our content?+
No. Enterprise workspace content is never used for model training and never appears in the public Explore feed. We sign an NDA before the first upload if you need one.
Can we use the output commercially?+
Yes. Every AQEM paid plan carries a full commercial licence, and the Enterprise contract states it explicitly for your legal team.
How do we pay, and do we get a proper invoice?+
By bank transfer, Telebirr, CBE Birr or card through Chapa — or on invoice / PO terms for annual contracts. Every payment produces a VAT invoice and an MOR-registered fiscal receipt, so your finance team can file it as-is.
How fast can our team start?+
Usually within a week: workspace and seats on day one, brand training for the agent over the next few days, then a live onboarding session with your creative team.
Do you support Amharic?+
Throughout. Amharic voiceover and on-screen speech in Marketing Lab, an Amharic voice agent for calls, and account management in Amharic or English.
